What is your Privacy Policy?
Bailey Bea Designs does not share or sell any information with third parties. We do however depending on your order, have to share your information with the manufacturers for personalization and drop shipping purposes. We do send an online newsletter once per month that has product features and sales coupon codes. You can unsubscribe from this newsletter at anytime.

Please call us directly with your orders and we will do our best to shop around and get you the best rates possible.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, if you are resident of the State of Texas we charge 8.25% sales tax.
- We do not accept returns on any personalized orders such as invitations, stationery, plates, placemats, enclosures, note cards, embossers, stamps, labels, stickers, etc.. unless there was a misprint that was at the fault of Bailey Bea Designs or the manufacturer.
- We do not accept returns on any non-personalized order that is past 30 Days from Date of Purchase.
- You must contact Bailey Bea Designs about any return, refund or exhange that is not personalized. Bailey Bea Designs will then assign the return an Order number. We are happy to help you. You can call us directly at: 512.418.8152 Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
- The Customer is responsible for paying for all the shipping costs related to a return or exchange. We recommend all returns be shipped with a tracking number to insure that an item doesn't get lost in the mail.
- All returns must include the following Customer information:
- Full Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Date of Purchase
- Reason for the return
- All returns must be sent to:
Bailey Bea Designs, 3901 Greystone Dr. Austin, TX 78731. Do not send it back to the manufacturer because you will not be refunded. - If you are returning in-stock items they must be returned in their original packaging and not look used or soiled in anyway or you maynot be refunded.
- Refunds on returns are credited back to the Customer between 1-5 Business Days from the date the package arrives at Bailey Bea Designs. 99% of the time we do refund within 24 hours.
- You can exchange an in-stock item for another similar in-stock item if the item you are sending back is still in perfect unused condition.
We process and ship all orders very quickly. Most items such as personalized stationery, ALL PSA Essentials products, personalized gifts, cannot be exchanged or returned. If we already shipped your order it cannot be canceled but only exchanged or returned and you will not be refunded until the item(s) are sent back to Bailey Bea Designs.
