Terms of Service

By agreeing to Bailey Bea Designs' terms of service you agree that you are at least 18 years of age or older, that you are an emancipated minor, or that you possess a legal guardian concent to enter into this agreement.  You also claim to be competent and fully able to enter into agreement with our Terms and Services.

Note:  Baileybea.com is not intended for minors and children under the age of 13.  If you are under 13 years of age, please do not use baileybea.com.

Privacy Policy

Bailey Bea Designs does not collect and sell your information to other companies for the purpose of their commercial gain or marketing research. We do, however, share information with manufacturers to assist in the process of shipping and personalizing your order.

So what do we do with your information?

  • As noted, we share your shipping address with manufacturers to assist in the process of having your products shipping and personalizing your order.
  • We use your email address to send you shipping or tracking number information.
  • We use your full name, and email address to send you direct marketing email from Bailey Bea Designs.  If you would like to opt out of receiving these messages, select “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email, nd you will be unsubscribed immediately.
  • We use your full name and address to send you a catalog, post card, or other direct mail to promote a seasonal sale. We may have to share your information with a third party direct mail aggregate company.  This company is under contract not to share your information or use it for their commercial benefit.


We highly recommend ordering proofs.  Proof fees range from $0 and $15 depending on the item and the printer.  With each proof you are guaranteed at least one round of revisions. Additional revisions may require an additional fee for the service.  Addtional proofs range between $8-10.

Reviewing proofs is your responsibility.  Once your proof is sent to you, it is up to you to review and approve it, or to make changes to your order in a timely manner.  Failure to do so will delay the order processing of your order.  This delay will not be the fault of Bailey Bailey Bea Designs or any of our Manufacturers.


We tend to process orders very quickly.  Once your order has been processed, it may not be cancelled.   If you contact us for assistance and there is still time to cancel the order a store credit for your items will be provided.  We will not give you a cash or credit card refund for your order.   If you placed an invitation order in which a proof was produced but you wish to cancel, there will be a fee of $20 for the proof and processing time.

Modifications to the Website

Bailey Bea reserves the right to modify or discontinue, either temporarily or permanently, any product, product section or price of a product.

Your Account

Once you set up an account on BaileyBea.com, you are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account.  You must keep your user id and password secure.  You may change your password at any time by updating Your Account Details.

When you create an account is it is important for you to provide accurate and complete information.  Failure to do so may result in delays with your order.  If we feel you have provided information that is not honest, complete or accurate, we reserve the right to terminate your account and suspend you from using BaileyBea.com.

To use Order Status, you will need to set up an account.


Shipping Methods and Costs

Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of most personalized items.  If you order items from more than one manufacturer, the items may arrive separately.   Items will ship via these delivery providers USPS, UPS, and FedEx.  In most cases we will ship Ground as the mainland USA Shipping Delivery standard.  We may charge excess delivery charges to Alaska, Hawaii or any US Territory. 

Most of our manufacturers will only ship Ground, but contact us if you need to ship using another method.  Even if you request Overnight shipping, products are made to order and still take 2-3 weeks to manufacture.  Therefore, putting in an order on Wednesday and requesting Overnight will not get your product there by Thursday.  It will still need to be manufactured.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policies

We do not accept returns on any personalized orders unless a misprint at the fault of Bailey Bea Designs or the manufacturer occurs. In case of a misprint then we will process your item at no cost to you.

We do not accept returns on any non-personalized order that is past 30 Days from the Date of Purchase and no longer in its original packaging.  You must contact Bailey Bea Designs about any return, refund or exchange, and we will assign the return a Return Order Number.   The Customer is responsible for paying for all the shipping costs related to a return or exchange in which the product arrived intact and undamaged.   If you are returning in-stock items, they must be returned in their original packaging and not look used or soiled in anyway or you may not be refunded.  Refunds on returns are credited back to the Customer between 1-5 Business Days from the date the package arrives at Bailey Bea Designs.  99% of the time we do refund within 24 hours.  You can exchange an in-stock item for another similar in-stock item if the item you are sending back is still in perfect unused condition.

We do require that you ship the items back to us UPS Ground, FE Ground, or USPS.  All items need to be insured and given a delivery confirmation or a tracking number. 

All returns must include the following Customer Information:

  • Full Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Email
  • Order Number
  • Date of Purchase
  • Reason for the return

All returns must be sent to:
Bailey Bea Designs, 3901 Greystone Dr. Austin, TX 78731.  Do not send it back to the manufacturer because you will not be refunded.

Delays in shipping

If your product is delayed by weather, earthquakes, tsunams, blizzards, delivery truck crashes, and unexplained delays by UPS/FedEx, USPS, or DHL corporate offices, or a false address given by purchaser, we will not refund you for shipping. 

We process and ship all orders very quickly.  Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless we entered your order incorrectly or items were manufactured incorrectly or are missing.   If we already shipped your non-personalized order it cannot be canceled.
