What are photo card image requirements?

• It's best to use/send the highest quality DPI for a photo. A photo in 300 DPI or greater is required.
• Send your photo with your name on it, i.e., thompsonxmas.jpg.
• Send you photo in either a jpg or tiff format.
• Send photos to: service@baileybea.com, and describe all photo cropping requirements.

When will I receive my order?

• Most orders are shipped between 7-10 business days from the day you placed your order.  Shipping itself takes an additional 2-4 business days.
• If you place an order after 4 pm CST, the business day does not start until the following day.
• Weekends are not considered business days.  Business Days are Monday through Friday.
• Most orders are shipped with a tracking number.  There are instances in which a manufacturer sends notice that items have shipped rthaner than assiging a tracking number.

What forms of payments do you accept and how am I billed?

Online we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. By telephone we accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover. 

When ordering online, you are billed immediately through our standard check out process if you follow each step correctly.

When placing an order via phone, you are billed within an hour of submitting the order.

Is it safe to use my Credit Card

Yes, it is secure. We use an encrypted shopping cart that enables up to 256-bit encryption, which ensures that personal transactions cannot be viewed or altered.  This SSL encryption is the web standard for encrypting and communication between shoppers and websites.

Will I be charged Sales Tax?

If you live in the State of Texas, you will be charged a sales tax rate of 8.25% of your total order including shipping.
